When doing business with a company over the Internet that is new to me I always use their email address to ask a question on service, etc. Then based on items like their response & timeliness I gauge my confidence level of doing business.

2/13/04 "Hello Pam,
I just wanted to let you know that the cushion was picked up today. A slip was left on my door from Federal Express. I have to commend you on your professional attitude and the willingness to work through this with me. Due to the fact that I placed the original order at the beginning of Dec. so that I would have it in time to entertain guests for Christmas, and then it came after Christmas was bad enough. I realize that it wasn't your company's fault that the original papasan cushion and ottoman pad were somehow "MIA." When the replacement finally cam and it was a duplicate of the mamasan cushion I was very agitated. But you handled things smoothly and finally got it straightened out. It is because of you that I will continue to do business with 1shop4u should I like to order any other papasan furniture items in the future. Please show this email to your supervisor so that he/she can see what a dedicated and very helpful employee you are.
