not impressed with the order system on your web site, I must say that I
was very impressed with your customer service! My "oops" order was
canceled immediately and I received an email notification back right
away. Also, I was contacted personally and made aware of an extra fee
for shipping before the order was placed. Not many companies would take
the time to do that. I went ahead with the order despite the extra
expense due to the excellent customer service I received. Give

10. The fabric I chose was a red, with a small pattern in it. There were no stripe
patterns that I particularly liked, as I'm more into royal blues, reds, etc...Your going
over all the ordering with me, made it a lot easier than trying to do it at the site
