MY STEM CELL
Experiment

October 20th, 2003

I am a wee bit behind on this one!!!! (3 days overdue)

Seems work and such have been busier than normal and the work load has increased, which is just fine, however, it has put a few things on the "back burner", this being one of them.

Being busy means I am feeling great!! And I am happy to express that attitude and health are both improving. No major and huge changes, but many small, subtle changes that I can notice, some of which others (family and friends) can notice. One of the things I have noticed is my dreams - some are of me walking with my cane, with a friend, when suddenly I stop, pick up my cane, say aloud "that's it, no more cane" and take off at a brisk pace. Soon my friend is puffing and saying "slow down, I can't keep up with you." I can see it in living color and we are going uphill besides. Then I awake feeling on top of the world, knowing that is what I have to look forward to.

Skin keeps improving and now it looks really healthy. I had lunch on Friday last week with Friends in Chelan, 50 miles from where I live, and Rob stated "you look so Shiny", to which his companion corrected with "glowing". That is one others see, the dream/vision was for me.

It is almost 3 months now, and I am learning some about patience. It took me years to get this bad, so if it takes one year to reverse these bad changes, then that is not so long, is it? It is hard to wait, and I am sure it is hard for you all to anticipate what I will be bringing you in each update. Because we are all praying and hoping and wishing for the absolute "best" there is to happen. I believe it will happen and am doing all I can to insure that the process works as it is suppose to do. I know this is still experimental, but to me it is the best thing that has come along, and it is happening in my lifetime.

I have had so many people ask what I am doing daily to aid the process, to support these new "stem cells" and their proliferation and regenerating work. I thought perhaps the easiest way would be to give you my daily routine, the food I eat and the supplements and vitamins that I consume. Some of the supplements are new to the market, and are now available for those who have taken the stem cell treatment, and those who are considering it. They work as enhancements before and after.

My days start between 6am and 6:30am when I roll out of bed, stretch and yawn and then get on the floor and start my exercise routine which lasts for about 30 - 40 minutes. It consists of some Alexander routines - which is mind and body working together; these help prepare me mentally for the rest. Then I do 30 sit-ups (a long ways from the 8-10 that I did 3 months ago), right elbow to left knee and then the other side, again increasing repetitions. Followed by 30 push-ups, pulling my knees to my chest, one at a time, more stretches with the legs, some lower back exercises, then standing and bending forward to touch my toes (20 times). Then I stand and do deep breathing exercises raising my arms and reach for the sky, hold it in, then exhale while crossing my arms in front of me so as to squeeze all the bad air out. (do this 30 times) then isometric exercises like climbing an imaginary rope with both hands (20 times), then hands linked raising my arms over my head while pulling as hard as I can (20 times), bicep exercises, eye exercises, then some of my own modified ones - plus the stair stepper which is now about 230 to 280 steps per day, depending on how I am feeling. I normally get horizontal about 8pm or so, read for an hour while listening to classical music. Longer if I am up to it. Sleeping by 11pm, this after also working a 10 hour day at my business - an online furniture store. I work 5 1/2 days per week. I also use a mixture of almond oil and wintergreen oil to rub my entire legs and feet each morning. It refreshes the muscles and the skin and my legs know I am giving them special attention.

Food: I am really following closely the diet Dr. Steenblock gave me - mostly raw vegetables, free range chicken & or turkey, little fruit, no coffee, no chocolate, no sugars, no grains, no breads, no dairy products, no potatoes, no tomatoes, no peanuts, no cashews, no processed foods and no red meat. I find it refreshing and a good diet - and I have trimmed up nicely over the last 3 months losing about 20 pounds (I needed to do that), and am now staying stable at my present weight. Nice thing about this diet is that I never feel like I am starving. I eat less and feel satisfied. I have to admit that I ate one meal that did not fit my diet and I did not feel good for almost a day.

Supplements and vitamins: Sometimes I feel like a walking "vitamin box", but they are aiding my body, my cells and the new stem cells, so for now it is fine.
Morning: I start with one vial of "Remilyn" (this is one of the new products) on an empty stomach, plus 2 Adaptrin capsules (also new) again on an empty stomach. Couple hours later I have a small breakfast which normally consists of either some blueberries and 1 teaspoon of Almond Butter or 1 small pear and 1 teaspoon of Almond Butter and a 1/4 glass of blueberry or red grape juice to which I add 15 drops of "ginseng liquid". Plus, 4 CalciumEAP tablets, 1 B12, 1 Folic Acid, 1 Cognicine (also new)(helps circulation and memory), 1 vitamin C (high dosage), 1 Curcumin C Complex, 1 Gaba Plus (Niacinamide), 1 A (10000 IU)&D (200 IU) capsule and since I am older and a man, I take 1 Saw Palmetto.
Noon/Lunch: mostly a salad consisting of spinach leaves or dark green luttuce, topped with chopped cucumber, radishes, green onions, summer squash, cauliflower, small amount of broccoli, peppers (green/red/yellow) with some vinegar/oil dressing. And 4 more Calcium EAPs, 1 Gaba Plus, 1 Cognicine, 1 vitamin C.
Snacks: - I really do not do that - but I will have a couple of cups of green tea during the day and magnetized water, some days I have some red grapes.
Dinner: I love home made vegetable soups and being fall, I make a borscht soup with the above veggies, plus beets and red cabbage, seasonings, and with a small portion of either chicken or turkey. Or I will steam some veggies along with the chicken or turkey. on occasion I will bake some salmon or farm raised catfish with a garlic/crushed walnut/olive oil topping. NOthing fried. Plus 4 more Calcium EAP tablets, 1 more Saw Palmetto
Evenings: 6 prunes prior to going to bed. Some nights I make air-popped popcorn, or have a handfull of Macadamia nuts or slivered almonds.
Sundays: This is when I splurge some - for I make a oven baked egg/veggie breakfast that consists of: summer squash, egg plant, red onions, red/green & yellow peppers, a leek, cauliflower, broccoli and spinach, all chopped fairly fine, add some fresh garlic, a little ginger, cayenne pepper, dill weed, celery seeds, a small amount of feta cheese, some turkey bacon (cooked first and crumbled or chopped small), put that all in a olive oil sprayed baking dish and pour over it - 6 farm fresh eggs, 1/2 cup almond milk (non dairy), 1/4 tspn of Baking soda, a dash of nutmeg; then cover with tin foil and bake for 40 minutes, remove the tinfoil and bake another 5 minutes and then - I splurge and enjoy this delicacy as a "brunch" followed by dinner of a salad with turkey, chicken or fish for my evening meal.

I will be doing another "video" segment this weekend - once a month, so this will be the 3rd one plus the original prior to the stem cell treatment. Several months down the road, I will make this available for you all to see, also for Dr. Payne and Dr. Steenblock to view. Whatever is taking place is being put on film for .... a look back, while moving forward.

For now............
Peace, Joy, Love, Compassion
Jim
