MY STEM CELL
Experiment

October 3rd, 2003

I am excited!!!!

I want to thank all of you who are "sharing" this adventure of mine / ours - it is both exciting and scary. Exciting because of the opportunity I have been granted, and the knowing wellness that is coming. Scary because, Like most humans there are always some 'unknowns'. Especially so since I am an impatient being and these stem cells take up to a year for full results. It is only two months now!

Remember when we were children, everything seemed to take so long and anticipation was an overwhelming thing? Maybe that is the way I am acting now, I want the results now, not tomorrow!!! Ah, yes, but the changes are coming and I totally believe that.

Tony and I did another video segment Wednesday (10/1/03) and he was grinning ear to ear during the take. When finished he said "you are going to watch this now, right?". "Sure" said I hesitatingly. He hooked up the camera to the TV and we watched together, from the first take back mid July. When finished he asked "see the difference from the first and second takes? See how much you have changed since the 2nd take? not only the first." I had to admit there was quite a bit of change - for the better. It was hard to admit since I had just been complaining that I didn't feel like things were progressing fast enough, or at all in the past 2 weeks. Boy was it good of him to make me watch, for this treatment is working.

Thursday I went to my Alexander Technique lesson (yes, I have continued, for it really helps keep me aware of my body and it's needs)(My teacher is very tuned in to body language and such, and immediately notices even the most subtle changes, and she did this time - toes, ankles move better, swelling/puffiness gone in the lower and upper legs, standing straighter and more stable, skin improved, the glow in my face and more). The time was well spent and then I met friends for brunch (had not seen them for almost 5 months, way too long). They all commented about the "glow" in my face, the better and more sure posture, and of course, the new outlook on life and my excitement. It is so good to hear how others see the changes in me. It helps build confidence and awareness.

Many of you have e-mailed, some have called, and most have stayed in touch and I really do appreciate this so very much. We are all on this "journey" together, and I believe many changes are in store for the future. Dr. Payne keeps me up to date on advancements/changes and new happenings, and there is much happening these days. We are all fortunate to be alive during these exciting times.

For now............
Peace, Joy, Love, Compassion
Jim
