Middle of March already, how time swiftly goes by no matter how hard I try to slow it down.
Since the last update I have been improving by getting rid of the depression caused from combination of a couple of new
supplemental items. Feeling good is so much better than that "blue funk" and life is indeed brighter. This helped me to understand
others who live with depression, or at least go through extended times with it. It helps me be more sympathetic by knowing that
a chemical imbalance, whether induced by things like my case, or by a bodily mis-adjustment, can make life miserable and since
it affects ones thinking, it is hard to get over it. Life continues to be full of experiences and revelations for me.
The stem cells are working slowly this time but there are some slight improvements that have been noted. None are as quick and noticeable
as the first treatment, and I do fully realize that each of us may have varying results. So far, I have seen improvement in my
ability to stand without supports, my balance continues to get better and my speech will vary from day to day depending on the
amount of stress I allow into my life. Overall I am happy with the results attained at this point.
To better explain "happy" would be to tell you a typical day in my life. Yesterday was up early and at work by 7:30am, on the telephone
discussing business with others in various parts of the country; then at 8:30 a client stopped in for a short discussion, 9am I drove
40 miles to another small community to fill two new prescriptions (2 new medicines - Nystatin and Minocycline) that I will be trying
to also help the new stem cells and watch results. A friend decided he wanted to ride along and have breakfast over there and just to
enjoy the ride. We were gone until 1pm when I returned to work where I stayed until 6pm. Then I prepared my evening meal, ate it
did dishes, cleaned the floor in the kitchen and bathroom, read a book (Gospel of Thomas) for two hours, then retired to the bedroom
where I read some the new National Geographics.
Most days I work 10 to 12 hour days, the internet business that I created, take care of myself ( I live alone ), do some research and
study of both - Multiple Sclerosis, and Spirituality. At this point I am most pleased with the ability to do all that I am, and anticipating
continued improvements in speech, walking and other physical abilities.
It is also a huge pleasure when another person with MS contacts me and enlightens me with the improvements they are having from
their stem cell treatment, or of the spouse calling to express their happiness with the mate's improvement, or a parent's thrill at seeing
improvements in one of their children.
Peace, Joy, Love, Compassion Jim
