MY STEM CELL
Experiment

January 19th, 2004

I just returned on Sunday from my second stem cell treatment with Dr. Fernando Ramirez in Mexico. I also had a consultation with Dr. Steenblock at his office where we went over my progress from the first treatment of July 23rd, 2003 and reviewed the protocols I am following.

As with the first treatment, I am again feeling a general tiredness and am sleeping much more. I will continue to take Remilyn daily and add more curry to the Paleodiet I am following. It has been found that tumeric, or curry powder, does assist the bodies cells. Fortunately I love curry and curried foods, so this is an easy addition for me. I have been consuming Curcumin tablets for the past 5 months and will continue that as well.

Dr. Payne also advised taking "Dietary Nucleotides" which the body utilizes in a number of ways - especially during cell proliferation (Babies thrive, in part, because of dietary nucleotides in mother's milk. Cow milk is low in dietary nucleotides). And Brewer's yeast tablets (or powder on food) is a source of RNA and DNA - dietary nucleotides. Also suggested is Insulin Growth factors and a daily injection of Human Growth Hormone. These I need to purchase and get started on.

I am feeling good! My body is basically healthy and I believe the Paleodiet has much to do with my overall well-being. With the second stem cell treatment underway, I am looking forward to more improvements.

This site will continue to be updated at least once a month, and if at all possible twice monthly. Since this is still considered an experimental treatment, I want to share any and all progress that I make with all of you. I must also admit that I am very happy to have done this treatment. It has been rewarding in so many ways, including the improvements noted. Other ways this has benefited me include: All the new people this ongoing saga has drawn to me; an increased knowledge of the nature and course of multiple sclerosis, as well as natural foods that can aid healing; and ultimately – the joy and privilege of helping others. Another lesson learned is - never give up - keep striving towards better health and independent living.
