MY STEM CELL
Experiment

In the presence of hope - faith is born.
In the presence of faith - love is born.
In the presence of love - miracles happen!

Mid November and it was snowing this morning and melting as it hit the ground, then it rained, then large snowflakes came down, melted and now the ground is wet and it is chilly outside. We have been most fortunate here in the Methow Valley as our winter cold and deep snow has held off for this long. Soon it will be hibernation weather!!!

In the past 10 days I have noticed slight changes. One of those is "more feelings" in the parts of my body that were "numb" to much sensation. Example: I had a "pedicure" a few days ago and I could really feel when the gal cut the nail to short, or applied more pressure. That is something I would not have noticed in the past. I still am hyper-sensitive, so my body was jumping much more than in the past. Poor gal was scared she was hurting me. We laughed and inwardly I felt good knowing the sensations were there and that I could actually feel the pain. Amazing how good pain can make one feel!!

The other incident this week was having lunch with two Acupuncturist friends, a husband and wife team. We had not seen each other for most of the summer and after the hugs, kisses and greetings, they both beamed as they said "you look so good, you actually look ten years younger." Vain man wants to hear all these wonderful comments so as to build up one's ego! It really was nice to hear and to have people notice the changes taking place.

I have walked a bit more - without aids - around the house. That feels good. Still doing my exercise program, taking supplements and eating healthy. In fact, I had a short doctor appointment on Tuesday morning, and as normal, they took my weight. I have lost 24 pounds since being on this diet. What is even better is the fact that I feel so much better, and unlike before, I am not always hungry. I am satisfied with less food, the body is getting the necessary nutrients - overall, I am enjoying this new lifestyle. Yes, I miss the occasional glass of wine, and my favorite lattes. But when I get the urge, I just think of how much better I am and the urge leaves. I have been told I can have an occasional latte now, so I am waiting for a special occasion to do that. Perhaps Thanksgiving!!!!

Have a great Thanksgiving, I have much to be thankful for
til we meet here again............
Peace, Joy, Love, Compassion
